At Saxony Apartments, our goal is to make you feel welcome and ‘at home’. Our friendly management will do everything it can to meet your needs as a resident. If something isn’t to your satisfaction, tell us!

We even have an on-site manager available for apartment emergencies.

Our office is open 11:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday and offers many services to residents.

Parking available to residents & Non-Residents

UW Madison Parking

For students attending UW Madison, having a car is a big convenience. Finding a good parking spot is a big inconvenience - unless you park it at Saxony Apartments. Parking Lease lengths are: Semester long or Academic (9 1/2 mo.) year lease.

Pricing:

Covered Parking: $200/month (sales tax included)
Uncovered Parking: $180/month (sales tax included)
